Our 69Ga Liquid Metal Ion Source also fits the Ionoptika IOG 25GA LMIG ion beam system.

Lifetime: 1200 hours or better. (Compare to FEI 16830 which limits lifetime to 1000 hours.)

The 69Ga liquid metal ion source delivers an ion beam with minimal mass distribution, providing best focus and spot size in comparison with a standard (non-isotopically pure) Ga LMIS. We recommend installing a new extractor assembly and new suppressor for your column with each LMIS change.
